Pottermore та A-ba-ba-ha-la-ma-ha роблять книги доступними для безкоштовного читання до подальшого повідомлення.
Всі ми в Pottermore захоплюємося цікавими історіями та прагнемо надати усім бажаючим доступ до книг про Гаррі Поттера, а також до інших книг з Wizarding WorldTM. За десять років роботи ми не тільки збільшили кількість мов, на яких доступні наші електронні та аудіокниги, але й налагодили відносини з книжковими онлайн-магазинами та бібліотеками, завдяки яким ми можемо забезпечити зручний доступ до сервісу для читачів і слухачів у всьому світі.
Коли почалося вторгнення в Україну, наша команда була шокована тим, який вплив це має на безліч людей. Нам, як і всім іншим, хотілося надати хоча б якусь допомогу. Тому ми намагаємося надати безкоштовний доступ до електронних книг про Гаррі Поттера всім, хто постраждав від конфлікту.
Раніше ми не публікували цифрові видання українською мовою, тому у нас виникли деякі труднощі. Проте завдяки винахідливості наших команд, а також доброзичливості та підтримці українського видавництва A-ba-ba-ha-la-ma-ha, нам вдалось зробити ці історії безкоштовними для україномовних користувачів. Книги доступні з більшості пристроїв, підключених до інтернету, на цьому вебсайті.
Наразі ми почали завантажувати тексти книг, які можна прочитати тут. Ми будемо співпрацювати з благодійною організацією Дж. K. Роулінг Lumos та з іншими організаціями, щоб розповсюдити інформацію про таку можливість. Якщо ви знаєте когось, хто зацікавиться цими книгами, будь ласка, приєднуйтесь до нас та поширюйте цю інформацію.
Ми щиро дякуємо всім, хто допомагав нам, і висловлюємо співчуття тим, на кого вплинув конфлікт в Україні. Ми сподіваємося, що доступність цих книг допоможе привнести трохи світла у життя людей, які зараз переживають найтемніші часи.

At Pottermore, we are passionate about storytelling and committed to enabling families and children to access the Harry Potter books and other stories from the Wizarding World™. For the ten years we’ve been in operation, we’ve been expanding both the number of languages that our eBooks and digital audiobooks are available in, and the relationships with online bookshops and libraries that allow us to create easy access to them for readers and listeners around the world.
When the invasion of Ukraine began, our team were appalled by the impact that it would have on so many children and families and, like everyone else, wanted to do something – however small – to help. And so we’ve been working to find a way to make the Harry Potter books available to read online, for free, for all of the families whose lives have been so radically impacted by the war.
This has not been without its challenges as we haven’t previously published digital editions in Ukrainian. However, thanks to the ingenuity of our teams and kindness and support of the local print publisher, A-ba-ba-ha-la-ma-ha, we’ve been able to make these stories available to Ukrainian speakers for free. We are providing the books via this website, so that they will be accessible from most web-connected devices, wherever they may be.
We have now begun to upload the book texts which can be read on this landing page. We will be working with J.K. Rowling’s charity, Lumos, and other charitable and aid organisations to spread the message of their availability.
