What I do in my current role?

I am the Audio Production Manager for the Full Cast Editions of Harry Potter 1-7. Which means I’m building the huge script, managing casting and overseeing the recording in the studio in partnership with our pals at Audible.

What character from the wizarding world do you identify with the most and why?

Molly Weasley. I love her mother hen nature, always looking out for and looking after the waifs and strays. She has such a big heart. I wish I had her manner more often.

Which house do you belong to – and do you think you’ve been correctly sorted?

I’m a Hufflepuff. When I had my first encounter with Pottermore for History of Magic, I was sorted into Ravenclaw, which wasn’t right. I ain’t that bright! When my son started reading the books, I came out Hufflepuff and him, Ravenclaw. I think that’s much more accurate.

A fact that surprises people. Erm, I play the bassoon. That’s usually a surprise along with a ‘what’s that?’ And then ‘why?’ ….
